1) Acceptance
By using this website or booking a service, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site or services.
 
2) Services
We provide residential and commercial cleaning services in Calgary and area (the “Services”). Service availability may vary by location and schedule.
 
3) Quotes & Bookings

• Quotes are estimates based on the information you provide and an average condition of the area to be cleaned.

• We may adjust pricing on-site if scope/condition differs (with your approval).

• You must be 18+ to book.
   

4) Pricing & Payment

• Prices are in CAD and exclude applicable taxes unless stated.

• Payment is due at or before service completion unless otherwise agreed.

• We accept the methods shown at checkout (including Wix Payments).

• Late or failed payments may incur admin fees.
   

5) Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Please give 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule.

• Less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a [$XX] late cancellation fee.

• If we arrive and cannot access the property or begin work, a call-out fee may apply.

6) Access & Preparation

• Ensure safe access, running water, electricity, and clear areas to be cleaned.

• Please secure fragile/valuable items and contain pets as needed.

• Parking fees (if required) may be added to the invoice.
   

7) Stains, Odours & Limitations

• Some stains/odours (e.g., dye, rust, set-in pet urine) may be permanent.

• Results depend on fibre type, age, previous cleaning, and contamination depth.

• We don’t guarantee complete removal but will advise best options.
   

8) Health & Safety

• We use professional equipment and products; SDS available on request.

• We may refuse or pause service if conditions are unsafe (biohazards, pests, etc.).
   

9) Satisfaction

• If you’re not satisfied, contact us within 48 hours. We’ll assess and, if appropriate, re-clean the affected area(s).

• Our satisfaction policy does not cover new spills/soiling after service.
   

10) Damage & Liability

• We carry standard liability coverage.

• We are not liable for: pre-existing damage, loose seams, worn fibers, delamination, color loss from previous cleaners/spotters, or manufacturer defects.

• Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service.

11) Website Use

• Content is owned by us; don’t copy, distribute, or misuse it.

• Don’t attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the site.

• Links to third parties are provided “as is.”
   

12) Promotions & Gift Cards

• Promotions can’t be combined unless stated.

• Gift cards/vouchers are non-refundable, non-redeemable for cash, and valid until the date printed.
   

13) Service Area

• We primarily serve Calgary and nearby communities. Travel surcharges may apply outside our standard zone.
   

14) Force Majeure
We aren’t responsible for delays caused by events beyond our control (weather, outages, emergencies).
 
15) Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Alberta and applicable Canadian law.
 
16) Changes
We may update these Terms at any time by posting a new version with a new effective date.
