Description:
A high-powered pre-conditioner combining active enzymes, surfactants, and grease lifters to clean heavily soiled carpets. Especially effective on restaurant carpets and cooking residue.
Dilution Ratio: Up to 1:128
Directions: Mix 1–2 oz per gallon of hot water for light soil; 2–3 oz per gallon for heavy soil. Apply evenly, agitate, let dwell 10–15 minutes, then rinse with Esteam Fiber Rinse.
Not recommended for wool or natural fibers.

Hazard Statements:
⚠️ Toxic if swallowed. Causes skin and eye irritation.
Precautionary Statements:

• Wash hands and exposed skin thoroughly after handling.

• Wear protective gloves, clothing, and eye/face protection.

• Do not eat, drink, or smoke while using.

• Store locked up.

• Dispose of contents in accordance with local regulations.
   

First Aid:

• Eyes: Rinse cautiously with water for several minutes. Remove contact lenses. Continue rinsing.

• Skin: Wash with plenty of soap and water.

• Inhalation: Move to fresh air and rest.

Description:
A professional stain remover formulated to eliminate browning and tannin stains caused by coffee, tea, or water damage on carpets and upholstery.


Directions:
Apply undiluted directly to affected area using spray. Agitate lightly and blot with a clean white cloth. Extract with alkaline detergent solution.

Water, Sodium Metabisulfite, Sodium Sulfite, Aminotrimethylene Phosphonic Acid.

Description:
A bio-enzyme cleaner that digests organic residues such as urine, feces, and other odor-causing matter. Ideal for pet accident cleanup and severe urine contamination.
Directions:
Dilute 1:4 up to 1:8 with lukewarm water. Apply with sprayer or injection system. Allow 15–20 minutes of dwell time for standard cases or up to 1 hour for severe contamination. Extract area thoroughly.
